Submitting a Help Desk Ticket

To submit a help desk ticket for technical issues click HERE and follow the steps below:

1. Type in your teacher email in the email box
2. In the summery box write a short description of the problem (no need for detail here).
3. In the description box please provide in as much detail as you can what the problem is.
4. in the category box please select your school or district if the problem is located in the district office. 
5. If possible take a picture of the issue and attach the file
